The N4 is being updated
On September 21, 2026 the Landlord and Tenant Board replaced the N4. The notice period is now 7 days for every tenancy, and the old form still prints the 14-day rule. We've paused N4s here until the new form is in the app, so you don't serve a notice that contradicts itself.
The LTB stops accepting the previous versions on November 30, 2026.
